There’s a saying that goes like “family that pray together stay together.” The Holiday is fast approaching and lotsof moving around between families far and near. The time to spend with family is limited. How do we stay connected with loved ones. 

Well, thank goodness for social media and lots of phone apps we can use to connect with family. Remember this is the most important time for us to stay closer to God than ever. Not that all year round you don’t stay connected to God. But during the Holiday seem like the devil’s time to come out and room around the world looking for souls to devour. 

Lots of bad stuff happen this time of the year. Robbers increase because  they want to steal your blesses from you to bless themselves, accidents ( Don’t forget to always say the Saint Michael prayer) when hitting the road, Say your Holy Rosary, Sprinkle Holy water in the car before you drive, and finally keep your eye to the road. if you receive a call ask your spouse of someone at the passengers seat to answer it or just call the person back later if you were not expecting their call.   There’s a lot of way the evil one can send distractions to you.  KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE ROAD. 

When the family are together remember to respect the family time and limit the usage of phone so as to communicate. Watch Movies or TV shows together to laugh and tell stories. Our children need to hear how fun it is to spend time with family without technology been involved. They might find it boring, but they still need to hear it because those stories will never get old. Remember to put a parental control on the apps that is too tolerate and evil for kids to watch. Watching  the soul together happens if is something the kids will learn something from.
